Our Wire EDM's serve as a production machine and additionally for Toolroom support as a high degree of accuracy and precision is built into the function of these machines. With an Extended Z-axis (16.00 inches) we are able to handle the taller / large type jobs and with a Auto-Feeder, increased weight wire spool for extended run cycles times and 24 hour production. Gear and spline manufacturing on these machines permits the use of hard heat treated materials in addition to the accuracy, cycle time, and precision that is unmatched and far superior to more traditional conventional machining methods.
