Serving our base as Tooling facility having the grinding capabilities allow Ester Precision LLC to grind tight tolerance parts made from a variety of materials which include tooling steels to the “super-alloys”, additionally any parts that require grinding post heat treat as part of the manufacturing process.
Moore Precision Jig grinder equipped. We are able to offer Jig grinding services for diameters of virtually any size to a maximum conventional size of 18 inches. A large inventory and variety of air spindles and offset plates allows us to grind geometry requirements within tenths of an inch with respect to diameters and positions.
