Ester Precision LLC's Tool Room background is its stronghold and where we got our start. Consisting of Bridgeport manual machines both Series I & Series II sized machines, multiple engine lathes with and without gap beds for large diameter turning, smaller collet chuck Hardinage Dove-tail bed type lathes for smaller parts with tight tolerances, full grind department with OD ID and surface grinders.

Many of our production parts start in the Tool Room as fixture design is critical to the machining process. Having strong support in this area of tool design and unconventional methods of tool manufacturing allows Ester Precision LLC to excel in the the area of high production volume for customers, in addition to being able to produce the one-off tooling or fixtures some customers require.
