We have various cnc vertical machining centers allowing us to offer 3axis vertical machining, true 4th axis rotary machining, and 5th axis trunnion based machining. Whether you have a casting with difficult to machine target dimensions, or a hog-out that has a tendency to warp as you approach the near net finish machining; these are obstacles that we have encountered and developed a successful approach within our methodology for machining. As we continue to grow we adopt new technologies and machining practices that in turn allow us to offer higher quality parts to our customers that is superior in quality to our competitors. Our robust machining fixtures are all manufactured and inspected in-house. Equipment is maintained and serviced at regular scheduled intervals to eliminate yet another variable of inconsistent part runs. Quality routinely re-verifies parts during the course of the lot run.
